Japanese Cooking Workshop 2026

The T-Lab Museum in Castello Tesino offers a practical Japanese cooking workshop dedicated to the preparation of sushi, led by chef Akiko Saito. Participants will have the opportunity to learn traditional techniques to make futomaki and hosomaki, in a professional and educational setting that combines creativity, manual skills and cultural insight into Japanese cuisine.

The sessions will take place on Thursday 2 April from 17:00 to 20:00 and Friday 3 April both from 10:30 to 13:30 and from 17:00 to 20:00, with a maximum of 12 participants per shift.
