Piné plateau - the Piazze and Serraia lakes
Ideal place for walks among beautiful lakes, meadows and forests
The lake Piazze is located in the municipality of Bedollo and it has an elliptical shape, at the northern foot of the Monte Costalta, at 1,021 meters.
The maximum width of the lake is 340 m. During the hot summer months, it is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing on the green meadows that surround it, but also for water sport lovers with canoeing, dragon boat, windsurfing, sport and underwater fishing. You can walk around the entire lake on an easy and beautiful walking path, or take your MTB and enjoy one of the many routes around it!
The Serraia Lake, located in a vast plain at an altitude of 974 meters in the municipality of Baselga di Piné, is 1,250 meters long and is the ideal place in summer for a pleasant day of sport and relaxation on its shores. Throughout the year, it attracts a significant number of visitors thanks above all to the well-loved and popular promenade around the lake with its cane fields, and hilly forests and meadows. In winter the surface of Lake Serraia is covered with ice for skating lovers.
