Quiet perfect place to recharge - wonderful hosts

We came to Valmalene en route to many other towns on our Italy trip. We were only going to stay one night and ended up staying for 4.
This is the most amazing place to come and recharge your batteries, the surrounding mountains and forests are breathtakingly beautiful. The rushing river a constant bubbling sound with the early morning birds. We camped in a campervan. The amenities were spotless and more than ample. The restaurant and pizzeria were amazing, the food.... Oh my.... Wonderful food and the best pizza ever.
We were taken to the top of the hill by one of the most pleasant staff, with our bicycles, in his own car...and rode to see the panoramic views and then back down to the campgrounds. It was an awesome ride. This family run resort is a must if you are visiting the Alp / Adige Alto area of Italy.... You won't be sorry.
